Since its establishment in 1969, LAHAV, an integral part of the Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University, and the leading provider of executive education in Israel, has been contributing to the development of organizational management resources and to talent management. Each year, hundreds of managers participate in the advanced and innovative programs that LAHAV offers, among them senior officeholders from leading companies in Israel's business sector, senior IDF officers, managers of non-profit organizations, senior physicians in the health system, and managers of municipalities and local government authorities. The programs are developed by senior academics from the Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University, working in close cooperation with organizations in the various sectors of the economy to ensure that the content meets the requirements and challenges of the field.  In this way, LAHAV serves as a bridge between academia and practice, to the mutual benefit and enrichment of both.
